Making it to the grid wasn’t easy for the Cadillac F1 team, and that story is now highlighted in a new documentary entitled Crew Control. Hosted by Terry Crews, this short series takes a deep dive into General Motors’ journey to Formula One, and provides a crash course in the sport while it was still underway.
Crew Control is an 18-episode miniseries that will debut on May 5th2026 on YouTube. It is produced by Box to Box Films as well as the crew responsible Formula 1: Drive to Surviveand also supported by TWG Motorsports. Crews takes viewers on a trackside drive for eight to 10 minutes in the series, introducing them to the Cadillac F1 team, the crew behind the effort and the fans who make it all worth it. In addition to F1, Crews is also exploring other TWG Motorsports efforts, including its efforts with Andretti Global in IndyCar and in the NASCAR Cup Series through its partnership with Spire Motorsports.

Crews himself has a special relationship with the Cadillac F1 team. His father worked for GM, and he brings that passion to the small screen in his new series.
