The automaker’s South Korean subsidiary officially announced the opening of a new combined Cadillac and GMC dealership in Busan, South Korea, expanding its newly created Premium Channel branch sales network, which combines the company’s flagship luxury brands with premium truck brands in the local market. GM Korea held an official opening ceremony for the dealership, which will serve the Yeongnam region of the country.

“Customers in Busan and Gyeongnam have long supported the brand based on their trust. This showroom is an important opportunity to meet those expectations and will serve as a center that sets the standard for future Cadillac and GMC showrooms,” said GM Korea President Hector Villarreal. “With continued sales growth from recent launches of major models, and the planned introduction of additional models such as the Hummer EV, we expect the Busan showroom will play an important role in expanding sales in the region,” he added.

Notably, the new Cadillac and GMC dealership in Busan represents the second joint location for both brands in South Korea under the company’s new marketing strategy aimed at maximizing sales performance and profitability for partners. Located in the influential Haeundae business district, the dealership combines Cadillac’s corporate identity with custom GMC parts carefully designed for premium customers.

During its grand opening, Cadillac’s new 3,550-square-foot showroom and GMC Busan dealership showcased the 2026 Cadillac Escalade with Super Cruise, as well as the recently launched GMC Acadia and Canyon. With space to display up to six vehicles, the showroom features a reception area and second-level experience area where customers can ask questions, request a test drive and schedule after-sales service.

The opening of the new Cadillac and GMC Busan dealerships continues the expansion of Premium Channel’s sales network, which is expected to grow further this year with the opening of an additional dealership in Seoul before the end of the first half of the year, as well as other dealerships in key regions across the country. This location will provide a comprehensive customer experience, from purchase to service, in collaboration with GM Korea’s Busan Service Center.
