- Hyundai has announced a new line of N Performance Parts.
- First, Hyundai has upgraded the version for Elantra N and Ioniq 5 N owners.
- The automaker said more parts are also on the way.
Hyundai seems quite enthusiastic about making the N brand really highlight its performance in the eyes of automotive enthusiasts. The N Team continues to win at various levels of motorsport, the automaker offers a handful of N-trim models, and now there are a number of new performance components on the way.
Ioniq 5 N and Elantra N owners can visit select dealers in the US to get the upgraded bits. Most of it is about “Show”, but some things actually help a little on the “Continue” side.
The list includes fairly light items like floor mats, wheel nuts, and decals. However, better things include things like the Alcantara-covered steering wheel for both models. Elantra N owners can also get a carbon fiber rear wing, carbon fiber rearview mirrors, and a set of 19-inch forged alloy wheels.

Hyundai says it will continue adding items to the list throughout the year and beyond. “Hyundai’s new N Performance Parts are specifically designed to meet the discerning demands of our Hyundai N fans,” said Joon Park, Vice President of N Management Group, Hyundai Motor Company. He added:
“These tightly engineered N Performance Parts provide high performance and motorsports-inspired design for N owners who desire even higher performance and a high level of design personalization. The N Performance Parts lineup will continue to evolve and expand with the changing needs and desires of N customers well into the future of our evolving brand.”
Interested owners can order parts through select dealers in the US. It would be great to see the automaker adopt the same model as in South Korea. There, the owner can go to N Performance Garage to buy parts and then install them yourself.
