US dealer inventories for the Cadillac brand decreased slightly in March 2026, ending the month with 76 days of supply. The figure represents a significant decrease from the 95 days of supply recorded in February 2026, and is also down year-over-year compared to 86 days of supply in March 2025. With 76 days of available supply, Cadillac is just below the broader industry average of 79 days of supply, and falls between Kia at 75 days and Subaru at 77 days.
The latest data comes from Cox Automotivewhich reported that overall US inventory levels increased to 2.89 million units in March. The numbers reflect a 1.3 percent month-over-month increase and a 6.1 percent year-over-year increase, but the annual comparisons were affected by unusual conditions in early 2025 when tariff concerns accelerated consumer purchases.
Industry-wise, sales activity recovered in March. The report outlined that sales volume rose about 36 percent compared to February, helping to lower average days of supply to 79 days from 96 days in the previous month and 94 days in January. Despite the monthly increase, sales still fell 4.8 percent compared to the previous year, while daily supply increased 11.4 percent compared to 2025.
The broader price trend moved upward, with the average MSRP increasing 3.9 percent to $51,456 and the average listing price reaching $48,667. Meanwhile, the average transaction price rose to $49,275, an increase of 3.4 percent year over year. Average incentive spending was $3,541 per vehicle, or 7.2 percent of ATP.
A closer look at Cadillac’s lineup shows a mix in terms of inventory. According to a GM Authority Based on the analysis, Cadillac CT4 inventory has increased significantly, with the number of available units doubling ahead of the end of CT4 production in June. Meanwhile, inventory of ICE-powered Cadillac Escalades increased slightly following a sales decline in Q1 2026 compared to Q4 2025.
Lastly, Cadillac XT4 inventory is now out of stock, while Cadillac XT6 stock is also running low. Production of both nameplates ended last year.
