About the Cadillac CT4
The 2026 Cadillac CT4 debuts the small luxury performance sedan’s seventh model year, bringing only minor changes over the outgoing 2025 model and entering as one of the final internal combustion engine (ICE) sedans in Cadillac’s North American lineup. Here’s everything new and different.
For the 2026 model year, the CT4-V Blackwing now comes standard with a high-performance steering wheel, which was an option for the 2025 model year, while the CT4-V gets seating features and availability changes.

What hasn’t changed is the powertrain choice. The 2026 CT4 is powered by a 2.0L I4 LSY turbocharged gasoline engine, producing 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, mated to a GM eight-speed automatic transmission. The 2.7L I4 L3B and GM 10-speed turbocharged automatic transmission, producing 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, are optional on the Premium Luxury trim.
Meanwhile, the L3B engine that powers the CT4-V produces 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque and uses a 10-speed automatic transmission. The CT4-V also gets Performance Traction Management with Launch Control included as standard, along with Magnetic Ride Control and an electronic limited-slip differential.
Rear-wheel drive (RWD) is standard, while all-wheel drive (AWD) is optional on all variants except the CT4-V Blackwing.
The 2026 CT4-V Blackwing runs a twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine, which produces 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. GM’s six-speed manual transmission is standard, while a 10-speed automatic is optional – both exclusively drive the rear wheels.

The current manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the 2026 Cadillac CT4 ranges from $37,795 to $65,395. This includes a destination delivery charge (DFC) of $1,795. Here are prices with options and packages for the CT4 and CT4-V along with the CT4-V Blackwing.

GM has confirmed that the Cadillac CT4 will be released after the 2026 model year. As a result, orders for the 2026 CT4 will close the week of April 20th2026. The death of the CT4 makes us wonder if GM will really only offer one Cadillac sedan in the near future.
Supplies of the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing are running low, with only 130 units remaining as of the end of February. Manual numbers outnumber automatic ones, and rare colors disappear quickly.
