Posted on

In December 2025, GM launched the Stars & Steel Collection, celebrating 250 years of the countryth Anniversary by offering appearance packages on several Bowtie brand models, including the 2026 Chevy Silverado EV. We now know how much the patriotic all-electric pickup will cost.

It’s worth mentioning that the Stars & Steel Special Edition package is included and only available on the RST trim level, which was initially dropped from the Silverado EV lineup after the 2025 model year, but now returns for 2026. The top trim level is offered in RST Extended Range and RST Max Range variants, which differ only by battery capacity. The Extended Range gets a 20-module pack with a capacity of around 170 kWh, while the Max Range relies on a 24-module battery pack with a capacity of 205 kWh.

The RST also benefits from several features not available on other trim levels, including Work Truck, LT, and Trail Boss. The 2026 Chevy Silverado EV RST gets a flat-bottom sport steering wheel with red stitching, Continuous Damping Adaptive Ride Control, Adaptive Air Ride suspension with adjustable ride height, Performance front brake kit, 24-inch aluminum wheels, and a Black/Sky Cool Gray interior.

The Silverado EV RST Extended Range with the Stars & Steel Special Edition package starts at $99,945, including a $2,595 destination delivery charge. Meanwhile, the RST Max Range is offered from $108,445. Chevy lists the Stars & Steel Special Edition package as a $9,750 option, although as noted above, it’s mandatory on the two RST trims, and is included in the MSRP above. Both are currently customizable in the Chevy configurator.

As a reminder, the 2026 Chevy Silverado EV RST Extended Range offers up to 645 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque, once Wide Open Watts mode is activated. The RST Max Range produces up to 760 horsepower and 785 pound-feet. Both are equipped with two electric motors, creating a four-wheel drive system.

The Silverado EV is built at GM’s Factory Zero plant in Michigan, along the lines of the GMC Sierra EV, GMC Hummer EV, and Cadillac Escalade IQ. However, production has been reduced or halted over the past few months to control dealer inventories as demand for electric vehicles has declined in the past year.
