In October 2025, we report that there will still be more than 2,000 new Cadillac XT4 models on sale in the US. Now, six months later, the number of remaining units has decreased significantly, as production of the luxury crossover ends in January 2025.
According to a report by GM Authorityonly a handful of 2024 Cadillac XT4 models are still available along with about 20 2025 models. The remaining units are priced from $36,000 to $52,000. For reference, original pricing for the 2025 XT4 starts at $41,990 for the Premium Luxury trim with front-wheel drive (FWD). Although all-wheel drive is optional, all 2024 and 2025 XT4s are equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine (production code LSY) mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.

We found several listings showing discounts, and noticed that at least one unit was finished in our preferred exterior color choice: Emerald Lake Metallic. That said, with so few new XT4 crossovers left in dealers, the choices are few and you may need to compromise on certain colors and options.
Of course, there are more options for people willing and able to spring for an electrified XT4 replacement: the Optiq. That opens up the possibility of increased performance, thanks to the mighty Optiq-V, which offers 519 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. That’s enough to propel it from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 3.5 seconds (with Velocity Max mode on).

For those who are fans of Cadillac’s gasoline-powered crossovers and hope the luxury brand doesn’t discontinue the XT4, you may be looking forward to the arrival of the next-generation XT5. Like the CT4, the smaller XT4 will be gone forever. And like the CT5, the larger XT5 will return for a second generation.
It’s also worth noting that the XT4 is still available in other markets. In fact, the price of a new Cadillac XT4 in China is the same as the price of a Chevy Trax in America. If you don’t know that number, that’s $22,500 – at current exchange rates. That’s about $14,000 less than the most affordable XT4 available today.
