About the Chevrolet Blazer

The 2026 Chevy Blazer features several key changes for GM’s ICE-based midsize crossover, including a revised trim level lineup that replaces the Premier, meaning the only ones offered now are the 2LT, 3LT, and RS.

Additionally, the 2026 model comes with more standard safety features as well as changes to powertrain availability and paint color ordering. Additionally, it removes all these sporty appearance options and packages.

For 2026, powertrain options remain the same – a 2.0L I4 LSY turbocharged gasoline engine, which produces 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and a naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine, which produces 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are mated to a GM nine-speed automatic transmission, while front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional.

The most expensive 2026 Chevy Blazer costs almost $60K.

An online configurator tool is available for the 2026 Blazer.

However, there will be no 2027 Chevy Blazer, and General Motors is now preparing a mid-cycle refresh that will now debut for the 2028 model year.
