About the Chevrolet Corvette

The 2026 Corvette officially debuts with a revised interior, featuring a new three-screen infotainment layout, traditional HVAC switches instead of a wall of buttons, as well as new colorways, finishes and materials.

It also gets a new asymmetric interior color scheme and expanded availability of special leather stitching. It adds new asymmetrical double racing stripes to complete the interior look, but the ZR1X offers dual racing stripes that the ZR1 doesn’t have.

The 2026 model also introduces a new Pro Performance Traction Management (PTM) drive mode and gets 5G network connectivity.

Although the 2026 Corvette Stingray does away with this two-wheel option, it gets new base wheels and the carbon fiber trim option returns while also getting a light-up logo option for the first time. The Z06 regains this Satin Graphite wheel option.

Additionally, the 2026 Corvette gets a performance package price increase, while conversely, the 2026 Corvette Z06 offers a more affordable carbon fiber wheel package. There are more carbon fiber ordering hurdles for the Z06 and E-Ray.

Like the 2025 model, the C8 Stingray features a naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 engine, rated at 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. The C8 E-Ray combines the Stingray’s naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 engine with an electric motor for a combined output of 655 horsepower. The C8 Z06 stands out thanks to its 5.5L V8 LT6, producing 670 horsepower and 460 pound-feet and revving to its 8,600 rpm redline. Lastly, the C8 ZR1 is equipped with a 5.5L V8 LT7 engine that produces 1,064 horsepower and 828 pound-feet of torque.

The 2026 Corvette ZR1X debuts as the most advanced version of the nameplate ever built. The new ZR1X produces 1,250 horsepower through a combination of increased internal combustion and electric power, resulting in an estimated 0 to 60 mph sprint time of less than two seconds, and a quarter-mile time of less than nine seconds at a trap speed of nearly 160 mph.
