A highly customized Chevy Silverado has appeared eBay Motors with a presentation that leans more towards fairy tales than work trucks. Registered in Florida, this carriage-style limousine combines a pickup-based platform with wedding-ready theatrics. It was built around 2016 and reportedly uses 2012 Silverado 1500 underpinnings, but it only has 12,000 miles on it. With seating for eight and a clean title, the vehicle positions itself as a dedicated asset for events rather than everyday transportation.
The exterior defines the entire concept. Finished in white, heavily trimmed, and sporting a Cadillac Escalade front end of the same vintage, the extended body turns the Silverado into a facsimile of a horse-drawn carriage, complete with exaggerated rear proportions and ornamental cues meant to evoke the impression of a formal coach. The structure appears to be intact, no rust visible to the seller. There is some corrosion on the wheels, most likely a byproduct of long storage. The overall effect is an intentional spectacle, aimed at weddings, proms and similar events where visual impact trumps conventional design priorities.
Inside, the cabin continues the theme with a dedicated passenger compartment separate from the driver’s area. Ambient lighting is on, complemented by an audio system integrated with the screen. The rear seats are shaped like sofas with seat belts facing each other. An entry ladder and power-operated windows serve the rear, and the air conditioning remains functional. The driver’s seat upholstery shows wear and would benefit from repair. Otherwise, the interior appears serviceable, if designed specifically for its purpose.
Power came from a 4.3L V6 LV3 engine, a familiar base engine for the half-ton Chevy Silverado of its time. The listing shows the vehicle starts, runs, and has passed a recent mechanical inspection. There are dashboard messages regarding traction or stability control, indicating the need for minor diagnostics. Given the platform and added weight of a limousine conversion, performance may be adequate and not fast.
Ownership history shows two owners, no accident reports and clean ownership status. Notably, the vehicle has never been used commercially and spent most of the last decade in closed storage. This explains the low mileage and maintained condition, although it may require some re-commissioning before regular use.
