The 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V expands the Cadillac V-Series lineup with a new all-electric performance crossover, joining the Lyriq-V with impressive power numbers and sports car-beating acceleration. In addition to the “standard” Optiq-V, buyers can also opt for a signature appearance package dubbed the Magnus Launch Edition, aimed at buyers looking for more exclusive styling inside and out. Now, the first new units of the 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V Magnus Launch Edition are up for grabs.

GM Authority has learned that the new Optiq-V Magnus Launch Edition units have now arrived at dealers and are available for purchase. This particular package is codenamed RPO PDG and will be produced in very limited numbers, making it a relatively rare find in the broader 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V lineup.
The Magnus Launch Edition package enhances the Optiq-V’s styling with a curated set of features, including a Santorini Blue/Noir interior colorway (RPO code A7I) with real carbon fiber trim accents (RPO code EK5), creating a distinctive contrast combined with a generous dose of performance flavoring.

Exterior enhancements include an exclusive Magnus Metal Frost paint finish (color code GBL), complemented by the available Carbon Fiber Package (RPO code CFZ) and blue painted brake calipers (RPO code J6B), further strengthening the V-Series identity. Units equipped with this package also get standard 21-inch six-spoke alloy wheels (code RPO RXY), finished in Satin Graphite and featuring a laser-engraved V-Series emblem.

Unsurprisingly, the Magnus Launch Edition is quite expensive – in fact, it’s the most expensive single option for the Optiq-V, adding $10,990 to the vehicle’s MSRP.
The base-level Optiq-V is equipped as standard with a 33-inch curved screen, a 19-speaker AKG Studio audio system and Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance. Cadillac has also equipped the Optiq-V with a native NACS charging port, allowing access to a widespread fast charging network, while the estimated driving range is up to 275 miles per charge.

Originally launched last year, the 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V produces 519 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque from a dual-motor electric powertrain. By activating Velocity Max mode, this crossover can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. Inside, the Optiq uses the GM BEV3 architecture, while production takes place at the GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.
