Porsche 911 GT3 Velocita By DMC Offers RS-Inspired Carbon Fiber Kit

DMC has a different take on the 992-generation Porsche 911 GT3. Known for his work on Maserati, Rolls-Royce and even Lamborghini units, this German tuner wants to offer RS style on your 911 GT3 without the body aches that come with the car – words- they say, not ours.

Named Velocita, DMC has a complete aero package to add a more aggressive design to the Porsche 911 GT3, which will soon get a facelift. All aero kits are made of carbon fiber, available in matte or gloss colors, and are inspired by the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

While owners can freely configure which parts will get the carbon fiber upgrade, the default upgrade is found on the front fenders with wheel arch louvers and wide side skirts. The interior grille designs of the front bumper, rear diffuser and front hood have not been modified but have been replaced with lightweight carbon fiber parts, which Porsche has not offered as an option.

However, you won’t miss the 69-inch (1,750 mm) rear wing, which is claimed to be FIA compliant and TUV certified.

DMC offers a set of forged wheels with a variety of finishes for owners to choose from. It measures 9.5 x 20 inches at the front and 12 x 21 inches at the back.

Meanwhile, DMC also upgraded its Velocita exhaust system to use a flow-formed titanium sports exhaust system made by Zesad in Germany. Aftermarket upgrades are valve-controlled and can be controlled with a push button.

With a carefully 3D scanned GT3, with a tolerance accuracy of 0.2mm, DMC commends the same or better completeness as its OEM equivalent from Stuttgart. DMC hasn’t put a price on the Velocita package yet but given the pool of carbon fiber parts, don’t expect it to be cheap at all.
