Military-Inspired XPro One Overland RV Looks Tough As Nails

Xpedition Pro Xpro One motorcycle housing features an angular exterior design that the company compares in its photos to the famous F-117 Nighthawk military aircraft. The body also features a camouflage paint scheme to complete the rugged, military-inspired look.

The Xpro One uses the Iveco Daily 4X4 as its foundation. The company offers motorhomes in three wheelbase lengths: 133.9 inches (3,400 millimeters), 148.8 inches (3,780 millimeters), and 164.4 inches (4,175 millimeters). Panels on each side of the exterior provide access to storage areas, including the aluminum toolbox. There is also a gas pull grille.

In Poland, where the Xpedition Pro is, the Daily 4X4 is here with 3.0 liter diesel engine produces 177 horsepower (132 kilowatts) and 317 pound-feet (430 Newton-meters). Buyers can choose a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic, and there’s a transfer box for shifting the gearbox to the lower range. Front, center and rear locking differentials offer plenty of control to get out of slippery situations.

The rear is sharply angled to provide the motorhome with a 27-degree angle of departure if the owner intends to take this rig into rough terrain. There is also an approach angle of 37 degrees.

The Xpro One has room for three people to sleep. When you go inside, there is a folding ladder on your left that leads to a place above the cabin. The seating area at the back is converted into a bed for two.

Motorhomes have all the amenities a traveler would want to find. The kitchenette features a sink, two burner stove, and a 135-liter refrigerator measuring 4,767 cubic feet. The bathroom has a sink and cassette toilet. There is a separate shower.

The Xpro One carries two 52.83 gallon (200 liters) tanks for fresh water and gray water. There is a Truma heater with a 2.64 gallon (10 liter) boiler. A pair of 160-amp-hour lithium-ion batteries provide off-grid power. Although not pictured, the motor home can accept solar panels on the roof.
