The BMW 7 Series is now out and about. And for the first time, the biggest bimmer The sedan gets a full-electric version called the i7. It comes with a polarizing display too, but that’s nothing new to BMW these days.
But what if 7er gets a wagon version too? Unofficial renders from X-Tomi Designs envision just that – a new 7 Series Tour that looks like a big, bold train for the rich families out there. For it’s worth, the Series 7 looks quite fitting to have a Touring version, especially with the black roof you see in the picture above.

But is the BMW 7 Series possible? We can’t say for sure, but we haven’t seen the long-roofed Series 7 tested in public. Again, never say never.
However, if that were the case, the BMW 7 Series Touring would be a very fast train, especially if it were the twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine that would propel the fictional vehicle. The plant produces a total output of 536 horsepower (400 kilowatts) and 553 pound-feet (750 Newton-meters) of torque with the aid of a mild hybrid.
At this point, what we’re really waiting for is the arrival of the first M3 Touring, which BMW has been teasing for quite some time. The latest series of teasers came a few days ago where BMW talked about testing the long-roof M3 at the Nurburgring. This is part of the story of the BMW M3 Touring – a mini-series from BMW that prepares fans for the official and full debut of the wagon.
The all-new BMW M3 Touring will debut this year, alongside the M3 sedan, although BMW has not announced an exact launch date as of this writing. Unfortunately, the long-roofed M3 won’t reach US showrooms.
