Classic Chevrolet is once again the number one Chevy dealer in the world, marking the third consecutive year that the Texas-based retailer has captured the title. This achievement continues the dealer’s long-standing dominance within General Motors’ global retail network, while marking further success within General Motors’ broader dealer operations.
Chevrolet Global Vice President Scott Bell shared his thoughts on the milestone in a recent LinkedIn post, highlighting the scale and consistency of the Classic’s performance.

In his post, Bell noted that reaching the number one spot for three years in a row “doesn’t just happen,” and added that this latest achievement also marks his 12th.th when the dealer gets the top overall rating. Bell also pointed out that the store is now the best performing GM dealer in the United States.
“Tom and Bently Durant, Jason and CJ – thank you for having me,” Bell wrote. “On behalf of everyone at Chevrolet, congratulations to every member of the Classic team.”

Bell also cited Chevrolet Classic’s record-breaking sales success through the 2025 calendar year, particularly for key models such as the light Silverado pickup, full-size Tahoe SUV and midsize Colorado pickup, including a third consecutive year leading the nation in sales of the ever-popular Silverado 1500. In addition to sales, Bell also praised the dealer’s community involvement, particularly through the Tom and Susan Durant Foundation and its long-standing charitable efforts.
“A big thank you to our amazing Chevy team who supports this dealership every day, and congratulations to Classic Chevrolet!” Bell wrote.

Looking ahead, Classic Chevrolet will continue to have the opportunity to provide customers with new Chevy models like the upcoming next-generation Silverado 1500, which will launch this year with a long list of updates, including new styling, new powertrain options, an overhauled cabin and more. GM also unveiled the new mid-engined Corvette Grand Sport, which is expected to be one of the biggest sellers for the C8 lineup for the foreseeable future.
