Neutral Vinyl (52W)
The 2026 Chevy Express interior color palette is simple and custom designed, with availability tied directly to model variant and configuration. Across the range, there are four main interior combinations, each defined by color and material. These include Neutral Vinyl (color code 52W), Neutral Custom Fabric (color code 52G), Medium Lead Vinyl (color code 93W), and Medium Lead Custom Fabric (color code 93G).
Neutral Custom Fabric (52G)
The Work Van model prioritizes durability, offering Neutral Vinyl and Medium Pewter Vinyl as standard options, with Neutral Custom Cloth and Medium Pewter Custom Cloth available as alternatives. Passenger-oriented models have more limited options. LS Passenger models include Medium Pewter Vinyl as standard with Medium Pewter Custom Cloth as optional, while the LT Passenger trim enhances the experience with Medium Pewter Custom Cloth as standard equipment.

Production of the 2026 Chevy Express continues at GM’s Wentzville Assembly plant in Missouri, while the Cutaway variant is produced in Ohio by Navistar.
