2023 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120th Anniversary Edition Introduced

2023 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120^th The Anniversary Edition was introduced today to celebrate the milestone anniversary of the luxury brand. Only 120 units of the special edition ultra-high-performance sedan will be produced.

2023 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120^th Edition vehicles include exclusive features to set them apart, starting with the VIN series with Cadillac’s historical years, starting with 1902, which represents the year Cadillac was founded by Henry Leland. There’s also a threshold plate emblazoned with the Cadillac emblem from the anniversary, a special shifter medal, certificate of authenticity, and courses at the Spring Hill V-Performance Academy.

The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 2023 seen in the photo here recently sold for $250,000 at a Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction, and proceeds from this sale are donated to the SAE Foundation, which aims to increase access to STEM programs for students around the world.

“The second edition of the Collector’s Series celebrates storytelling and craftsmanship for the discerning individual,” said Brandon Vivian, Cadillac’s chief executive engineer. “120^th Cadillac’s anniversary is represented by unique content that celebrates each year 120 years of Cadillac innovation.”

2023 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing 120^th The Anniversary Edition features the same supercharged V8 engine (production code LT4) as the regular Blackwing CT5-V, which makes 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque, making it the most powerful Cadillac ever built. All the horses fill the pavement exclusively via the rear wheels, with power transferred via a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional 10-speed automatic. Pricing for the special edition CT5-V Blackwing has yet to be announced.
