Ford Bronco Upgrade Kit From Roush Adds Visual Item, New Muffler

Roush Performance is now offering an upgrade kit for the new Ford Bronco. It’s the latest aftermarket specialist to provide an upgrade for the popular off-road SUV, with Ford emphasizing its customizability from the start. Blue Oval offers a strong line of accessories for this model, but now owners have an even wider choice to personalize their Bronco.

This package doesn’t offer significant upgrades to the powertrain, but does add a few things. At the rear, Roush delivers a high-clearance, lightweight rear axle exhaust system with removable black tips. The SUV also gets a high-capacity air filtration system with a see-through cover.

On the outside, the package adds some cool stuff, like LED light pods and Roush front fender badges. The tuner also includes a set of five 18-inch Roush wheels finished in satin iridium gray. Roush wraps it up with 35-inch General Tire Grabber X3 Mud-Terrain tires, which come with a computer recalibration card.

The Bronco also received an off-road recovery kit with a recovery strap, D-rings, gloves, a flashlight and a special Roush case. Other exterior items include a hood graphic, front Roush banner, and American flag body graphics. Body side graphics are only available on the four-door model, and aftermarket specialists even included a Roush Performance license plate frame.

Inside the SUV, Roush added a floor guard kit available only on the four-door model and a steel console vault with a four-digit combination lock. The cabin also received Roush graphics. Complementing the package are a Jack Roush USA signature sticker, a Roush keychain, a certificate of authenticity, and official Roush Performance labels on the door frame.

This package is available on the Bronco with a 2.3 or 2.7 liter engine. The exhaust comes with Roush’s limited lifetime warranty, while the components are covered by a three year/36,000 mile warranty. The package costs $8,400 over the price of the new Bronco. If that’s a bit too steep, Roush sells the rear axle exhaust and air induction system separately for Ford.
