A report coming from via Palio dell’oca, in Cremona, makes you smile and at the same time make you nervous.
The report in question refers to a resident who complains about the difficulty of finding parking close to home and the mockery of the presence of a car always parked in the same spot for more than a year, with at least 18 fines placed on the windshield stuck to the wiper.
There is no parking and one is unnecessarily occupied dto a car that appears to have no owner. The man who exposes his difficulty is a Cremonese, who asks why and how can a policeman not realize that The car has been sitting there for over a year and above all, don’t wonder why that car is still there, despite the fines exposed being more than 10.
The man then wonders if this situation is normal or if the police themselves are underestimating an important issue. These are all the questions that a normal Italian citizen asks himself, thinking he is protected by the local police, which he actually discovers not to be.
What happened to the Cremonese who reported the car stopped in the same place for a year
Just as we said before, beyond the insult to injury. The Cremonese who denounces the presence of the car where it shouldn’t have been for over a year, was fined for leaving the car parked outside the crossing. Following the events, he explained to the police that the cause of that illegal parking was also linked to the presence of that car that had been parked for a year in the parking lot, unfairly, because it had never been used by anyone.
The question slowly ended up on social media, in fact, everyone has been talking about it in recent weeks, so much so that it has become a goliardic question. That’s why the car cannot be removed
The last fine is from a few days ago. After various complaints from the inhabitants of the neighbourhood, the question reached the commander of the fire brigade Luca Iubini who replied that in order to proceed with the removal of the car the inhabitants of the city demand, the legal conditions must exist, i.e. the lack of insurance coverage and the non-payment of fines.
The car in question is regularly insured, moreover, there is also a resident parking permit, the fines have been paid, except for those of the last month. So ultimately, nothing else can be done except leave fines. Now the agents will carry out any investigations should the situation continue to be this or worsen.
