General Motors has just officially launched the 2027 Chevy S10 Trail Boss as a new variant of Chevrolet’s midsize pickup in Brazil.

The automaker’s South American subsidiary brings the new 2027 Chevy S10 Trail Boss to the Brazilian market, a new off-road capable version of the locally produced truck designed for those seeking ruggedness and new recreational experiences. Therefore, the 2027 S10 Trail Boss features a unique appearance package, a higher Ironman suspension, and special tires that enhance its off-road performance.

“The main difference between the S10 Trail Boss and other versions is that this project was developed in partnership with GM’s own performance division,” said Chief Engineer of 4×4 vehicles at GM South America, Fabio Daumichen. “In practice, this means changes to the suspension and vehicle geometry calibrated to provide the best balance between off-road capability, comfort, safety and efficiency in everyday use,” he added.

The new 2027 Chevy S10 Trail Boss, inspired by the North American brand’s truck lineup, makes its debut in Brazil. Based on the Z71 trim level of this pickup, it comes as the most powerful version ever produced in the country. It features an exclusive suspension with Ironman springs and shocks that raises the front end by 30 mm (about one inch), improving its performance in extreme off-road conditions, along with 18-inch Scorpion All-Terrain tires.

Apart from that, the New Chevy S10 Trail Boss 2027 is equipped with a gloss black front grille and rear bumper, black wheel arches, unique rims, and dark interior accents that further strengthen its visual identity. It also comes standard with a bed liner and extended sport bar, as well as a unique decal package and Trail Boss badging both inside and out.

The new 2027 Chevy S10 Trail Boss has been officially unveiled and will make its debut to the Brazilian public at Agrishow 2026, the country’s largest agricultural technology trade show, taking place this week in São Paulo. The new variant is expected to be launched soon as a major addition to the 2027 model year lineup of the Brazilian-made pickup, which is positioned in the mid-range segment to increase the vehicle’s market appeal.
