BMW killed off the 6 Series in 2019, just as the brand introduced the 8 Series. But now that production of the 8 Series has finished, rumors suggest the 6 will return. If so, the car will use the brand’s Neue Klasse design language, which according to unofficial renderings is a stunning combination.

When the automaker launched the second-generation model at the start of the year, decades after the first, it came in two body styles—coupe and convertible. It was a long, luxurious and powerful grand tourer that expanded to include sedans and wagons before BMW discontinued the model.

Render of sugar design_1 on Instagram depicts a new coupe that sports BMW’s new front-end design—and it fits perfectly with the sleek vehicle. The thin grille opening equipped with headlights blends with the rest of the body, and the front doesn’t look bulky like the new i3.

The rear may not be as small as the original Series 6, but it looks strong and athletic. There’s nothing too surprising here, with the coupe featuring slim taillights and a sleek diffuser.

Motorcycle Pickup1: We expect BMW’s Neue Klasse design language to evolve with each new model, potentially losing its sleekness over time. The renderings show BMW’s new styling could look good, and we can’t wait to see what it actually looks like in a coupe.
