After many spy photo galleries, we knew a revamped Porsche Cayenne was on the way, but the photos in this gallery are our best look yet. The only camouflage is the sticker around the headlights and a partial cover over the taillights. There is a look at the highest Turbo GT and lower models.
Up front, the updated Cayenne has a more exposed nose with skinny blades. The reshaped headlights appear slightly slimmer and no longer have the rounded triangular shape of the existing vehicle. The headlights also appear to have a more upright position, which gives the refreshed crossover a dashing look.

At the rear, the taillights appear narrower than the current design. They are now of a uniform height, rather than having thicker curves on the outside.
While not visible in these photos, the updated Cayenne has a significantly revised cabin. The dashboard now protrudes past the infotainment screen, and there’s a small shelf underneath. Next to the steering wheel, there’s a checkered gearshift similar in design to the one on the 992 generation 911 but in a different location.
With the gearshift in a new place, the Cayenne has an overhauled center console. A storage cabinet is at the base, and there’s also a row of toggle switches in front of the cupholders.
We don’t have any official info on the refreshed Cayenne yet. According to rumors, the 2.9-liter V6 and 4.0-liter V8 are more powerful. PHEV is also suspected of having some updates.
Look out for the fresh Cayenne that will be available for the 2023 model year. There are no details yet on an exact date for the unveiling. It’s also unclear whether the standard body and coupe will premiere at the same time.
Porsche is working on a bigger electric crossover to fit over the upcoming Macan EV. At the moment, it’s unclear whether this vehicle will be a Cayenne EV or will at least fill that spot in the lineup. The electric model is still a few years away.
