Cadillac Society Take
After Cadillac Mexico sales fell for the first time this year in June, the luxury brand recorded another decline in sales volume in July as a result of lower unit availability of its best-selling model – the Escalade. Thus, the July yield became the second consecutive decline that Cadillac has accumulated on the Mexican market.
As in June, the decline in July was the result of a non-significant drop in sales of the Cadillac Escalade as a result of lower unit availability in Latin countries, which also occurred in the United States and Canada. However, Escalade remains the best-selling brand by a wide margin in Mexico.
For its part, the Cadillac XT4 and XT5 crossover again managed to record profits in the Mexican market during the month of July. In fact, both signage have now racked up five straight months of profits in the country thanks to increased inventories.
