The new Rezvani Vengeance looks like something straight out of the pages of a sci-fi epic, but under the skin, it’s not as bad as it looks. At its core, this armored machine is a Cadillac Escalade.
The Rezvani Vengeance 2023 is based on the Cadillac Escalade 2023 and is powered by the luxury marque’s T1 body-on-frame platform. This luxury SUV has been revamped, although the cabin seems to retain its Escalade aesthetic. The powertrain lineup is the same as the options available for the new Escalade, including the supercharged eight-cylinder powerplant found under the hood of the high-performance Escalade-V.
Rezvani Vengeance has a panoramic sunroof to give residents a clear view of the outside world. It even has a power tailgate and various safety features, such as Forward Collision Warning with Automatic Braking. However, the Cadillac badge has been buffed from the exterior and interior, although the signature 38-inch curved digital display with augmented reality navigation is a dead giveaway from the Escalade’s roots.
This post-apocalypse vehicle is available with several packages. The Military Package costs $95,000, and includes the following:
- Bullet proof glass
- smoke screen
- Military grade run-flat tires
- Thermal night vision system
- Electromagnetic pulse protection (EMP)
- Electric door handle
- Strobe light
- Magnetic deadbolt
- Pepper spray dispenser
- Optional explosive device detection
Choose the $125,000 Executive Seat Package package as follows:
- Two reclining executive chairs with massage, heating and ventilation
- stem
- Driver partition with widescreen TV
- Apple TV
- iPad
- Choice of starry night headliner or overhead light
Rezvani Vengeance also offers a $2,500 Solar Off-Grid package which adds a battery capable of being charged by sunlight, and can also be used to power homes in the event of a power outage, or for off-grid applications.
Available engines include a naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 petrol engine (production code L87), which is capable of 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This engine is standard on the Escalade. Meanwhile, a 3.0L I6 turbodiesel engine (production code LM2) is optional. It’s rated at 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Finally, the supercharged 6.2L V8 engine (production code LT4) is tuned to produce 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque.
The Rezvani Vengeance 2023 starts at under $250,000, and equipping the Vengeance with the Military package, Executive Seating package and a supercharged V8 will cost $594,000. When equipped with every available option, this ultimate all-terrain vehicle has an MSRP of just under $650,000.
