2023 Cadillac XT6 Drops These Three Paint Colors

The Cadillac XT6 is missing the three exterior paint colors for the 2023 model year that were previously available for the 2022 model year.

The Cadillac XT6 2023 will no longer have the following three exterior paint colors (relevant paint codes are listed in parentheses):

• Metallic Satin Steel (G9K)
• Dark Moon Blue Metallic (GLU)
• Infrared Tintcoat (GSK)

For the record, the XT6 2023 is the fourth model year of the three-row luxury CUV.

Of the three paint colors mentioned above, only Satin Steel Metallic is offered at no additional cost on the 2022 Cadillac XT6. Dark Blue Moon Metallic costs $625 to complete, while Infrared Tintcoat adds $1,225 to the XT6’s price. All three colors can be paired with any XT6 trim level and all can be paired with the six interior colorways, with the exception of the Infrared Tintcoat, which cannot be complemented by the Dark Auburn interior color combination with Jet Black accents.

While three colors are out, there are three new colors for the Cadillac XT6 2023:

• Radiant Red Tintcoat (GNT)
• Luxury Blue Metallic (GTR)
• Argent Silver Metallic (GXD)

Radiant Red Tintcoat and Opulent Blue Metallic are both considered premium colors which will be available at an additional cost, while Argent Silver Metallic will not incur an additional charge.

As a reminder, the Cadillac XT6 2023 is the fourth model year of the luxury crossover. It is available with two engine options. The 2.0L I4 turbocharged engine (production code LSY) has 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and is standard on the base Luxury trim level. The Premium and Sport trim levels feature a naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX), which makes 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. The XT6 was built at the Cadillac Spring Hill Plant in Tennessee.
