Obviously in addition to the sanction, the deduction of points is also envisaged of the driving license.
When will it never get you?
The speed camera only in this case does not photograph you: that is when you keep the speed exceeding the maximum limit by 10 km / h and never going beyond it. These 10 km / h are within the tolerance limit and you will never receive a fine like this.
