Lamborghini Huracan STO YouTuber Crash And It’s Easy To See Why

Armed with plenty of aero, a lighter carbon fiber body and an improved set of Formula 1-derived Brembo CCM-R brakes, the Lamborghini Huracan STO makes a track-focused V10 supercar that deserves respect. But no matter how well equipped the car is, its improper use or lack of proper skills is a major threat to the car and its occupants.

That’s what we have here: YouTuber Darius Dobre’s STO Huracan. He’s one of them Dobre brothers – a YouTube channel that publishes various types of content and currently has 10 million subscribers. The channel’s latest upload (embedded at the top of this page) shows the STO Huracan, pushed in what looks like an abandoned drag strip.

At first, it was fine. The Lamborghini Huracan STO goes fast on that track, counted by the other Dobre brothers. On returning, that’s when the accident happened. STO speeding back to the starting line should be. Both the onboard and external cameras showed that the Huracan braked too slowly, resulting in a horrific crash that sent the supercar speeding over the fence.

Fortunately, although there were no proper gear (except gloves), no one was hurt. We wish we could say the same for the fence, which received a huge amount of damage from the impact.

Lamborghini clearly suffered damage to the front, including the bumper, rear view mirrors, paint scratches, and a fluid leak on the left side. Needless to say, the owner/driver was shocked from the incident. He said it was his first car crash (and what better way than in a $300,000 car).

Let this be an example of how no to drive a powerful supercar. A vehicle of this size is a different breed and definitely demands a lot of respect.

As for the YouTuber, he says he’ll be back one day with a Huracan STO, maybe after an expensive fix… or maybe with a Bugatti Chiron. Good grief.
