Development of the updated Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe is now underway at the Nürburgring. This spy photo gallery shows the two of them on the famous track.
Porsche hides this vehicle by attaching a sticker on its body. Up front, there is a sticker around the headlights to hide its shape. The false inlet is in the lower corner of the front fascia. The inlet in the nose is much larger. The headlights are slightly slimmer and have a more tapered shape along their inner edges.

Both of these updated vehicles use five-spoke wheels in black. The center cap is missing, but you can see where the Porsche badge should be.
At the rear, Porsche hides the taillights of both vehicles, but it seems the company gave them new headlights that appear to be slightly thinner than the current design. The regular Cayenne has a new hatchback with a more refined styling, and the number plate has a lower position at the tail.
While not seen here, the updated Cayenne gets some major interior changes, according to previous spy shots. There will likely be a new infotainment screen. The center console received a new automatic gearshift that has a checkered design from the 911 . generation 992
The Cayenne will reportedly adopt the same updated engine as the updated Panamera. This will allegedly include more powerful versions of the 2.9-liter V6 and 4.0-liter V8. The PHEV model will also receive some improvements.
The refreshed Cayenne will reportedly debut for the 2023 model year. We don’t expect the standard model and coupe to launch at the same time.
Porsche recently announced plans to build a large electric SUV to fit on top of the upcoming Macan EV in the lineup. There is speculation that this may be the Volkswagen Group’s version of Project Artemis which aims to create the next generation of luxury EVs.
