Last week, Ferrari introduced the unique 812 Competizione in Blu Capri paint. This is the first of five Ferrari Tailor Made models that the company has launched to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ferrari Cavalcade, an annual journey for cars and Ferrari owners. The Italian company has introduced the second car in the series on Facebook, the dark red – Rosso Taormina – SF90 Stradale.
Ferrari says that the “scorched slopes of Mount Etna” inspired the car’s “deep, earthy red color”. The color found its way in the vehicle, showing up on the floor, center console and seats. This car also uses bright red calipers that do not match the exterior paint color.

The Tailor Made Ferrari program is available to customers who wish to truly personalize and customize the appearance of their car, offering a wide range of finishes, materials and colours. The wide selection means we have no idea what Ferrari has planned for the next three Cavalcade cars.
The SF90 Stradale debuted in mid-2019, introducing a hybrid model to the high-performance lineup. With an electric motor and a turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, this car produces 986 horsepower (735 kilowatts) and 590 pound-feet (800 Newton-meters) of torque. The engine itself produced 769 hp (573 kW), making it the most powerful V8-powered Ferrari of the time. It can reach 60 miles per hour (96 kilometers per hour) in just 2.5 seconds.
Ferrari said the five cars would take their design inspiration from important sights along the Cavalcade route, including the Etna volcano and the Mediterranean Sea. A grand event for a Ferrari owner like the Cavalcade makes sense for a coveted and exclusive brand. With 10 years of the Cavalcade event behind us, we’re excited to see what Ferrari has planned for the next decade, including the new hypercars it’s currently developing.
