Camo-Clad MegaRaptor Is Meaner F-250 Wearing 46-inch Wheels

The 2022 Ford F-250 MegaRaptor Crew Cab Lariat pickup by Megarexx Trucks debuts at the inopportune time when fuel prices are at record highs. Although it costs a lot to fill the tank, for now, this camo-covered rig looks very capable of carrying its passengers on off-road adventures.

Under the hood, there’s a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbodiesel that makes 475 horsepower (354 kilowatts) and 1,050 pound-feet (1,424 Newton-meters) of torque. It runs through a 10-speed automatic transmission. To compensate for the rest of the upgrade, there’s now a 4:88 gear.

The overhauled suspension includes a 6-inch (15.24-centimeter) lift, Bilstein shocks and an adjustable track bar, dual-steering stabilizers, and a stronger, longer MegaRexx radius arm. The truck uses 20-inch 3-section aluminum military MRAP wheels with 46-inch Michelin XZL tires. The company moved the front axle forward by 1.5 inches to let the larger diameter rubber clear the firewall.

The truck wrap features a classic jungle camouflage pattern in a mix of tan, shades of tan, and green. It has a matte finish to keep it from being too flashy. This appearance extends to the bumpers at both ends and the stone rings around the wheels.

The Megarexx matches the new front bumper with a beveled design to increase the angle of approach. For ample lighting, there are four 7-inch LED lights on top, and there’s a 20-inch LED lightbar on the grille.

Along the sides, the company installed new fender flares bolted and strapped to the cargo bed. Each side is 9 inches (22.86 cm) wider than the stock.

The truck also gets a style bar which adds six more 7-inch LED lights on the roof. Each side of this piece has a 10-inch LED light bar. Additionally, the smaller rear bumper features two 2-inch square LED taillights and an app-controlled RGB rock light

To make it easier to get into the lifted truck, there is a power side ladder. Inside, there are heated and ventilated seats for the driver and front passenger. The upholstery is micro perforated leather in Black Onyx color. Amenities include a 10-speaker stereo, and the Megarexx fits into a Motohorn train horn.
