Luca Salvadori is a young rider who from 2023 will attempt the climb towards ambitious goals making his debut in MotoE with the team First Pramac, while continuing in the National Trophy. But he is also a youtuber much appreciated by motorcycling enthusiasts. Among his goals for the new year there is not only the assault on the podium, but also that of bringing fans closer to the MotoGP paddock by exploiting his two qualities as content creator. Although in the world of MotoGP he will not be free to develop videos as he did in the national championships he has participated in.

The 2023 season of MotoE will kick off in March with the first winter tests on the Jerez de la Frontera circuit, to continue at Montmelò with the second test session, before the official start of the season, at Le Mans, from 12 to 14 May. In these days he has not stopped posting videos on his social channels, addressing some topics that certainly keep the debate on the great protagonists of the past alive. In one of his latest videos he tackles a hot topic like Valentino Rossi. He reiterates that the passion for motorcycles and racing was born thanks to him and his great successes. The champion from Tavullia has certainly been able to attract many new supporters and enthusiasts towards the World Championship. But if it comes to talking about pure talent then Luca Salvadori’s preferences go elsewhere. “If they talk to me about pure talent, Valentino Rossi is not at the level of (Casey) Stoner or Marc (Marquez)”, acknowledged the Italian driver.

The Doctor is definitely an unattainable benchmark when it comes to charisma and communication skills, but second Luca Salvadori the numbers on the track are to be interpreted differently and taking other paradigms as a reference. “I dare say Marquez is better than Stoner for demonstrations of great talent. Casey has also done incredible things, but not as often as Marc… Before the injury his superiority was embarrassing in some cases“.

After all, Marc Marquez and Casey Stoner are two very different riders who acted in different eras. The Spaniard also got the better of his opponents by digging a large gap, before entering the tunnel of the four arm operations. But the former Australian rider, two-time MotoGP class champion with Ducati and Honda, also had to deal with some serious health problems: “Casey Stoner suffers from anxiety. He himself acknowledged that the better the weekend was, the more he wanted to die, shut himself up in his garage and stay there“.
