Lincoln wants to improve its customer ownership experience by launching a new service called Mobile Vehicle Spa. The service program, which is limited to the Houston area for now, aims to provide a convenient way for clients to get their vehicle details.
Lincoln Mobile Vehicle Spa services were created in collaboration with Get Spiffy, Inc., an on-demand car cleaning, technology and services company. Applicable Lincoln owners – whether at home, in the office, or even while shopping – can clean the inside and outside of a Lincoln vehicle, at a location and schedule of their choice. Customers can also have their vehicle picked up for refueling.

“We’re constantly looking for new and easy ways to connect with our clients and build on their ownership experience with Lincoln on and off the road,” said Michael Sprague, director, Lincoln North America. “Convenience and time values are very important to our clients and that’s why we are constantly evolving and building our connected services and experiences.”
The Lincoln Mobile Vehicle Spa service is still in trials, but the company plans to expand the service to other cities, although details of the expansion have not been disclosed. Customers will eventually be able to schedule their appointments via the Lincoln Way App.
In addition to the on-demand breakdown service, Lincoln is also introducing the Lincoln Access Rewards Visa and an all-new concierge program, Pursue Your Passions this March.
The first is an extension of the current Lincoln Access Rewards program. Card members can earn points for purchases and exchange them for unique experiences with the help of the concierge program. Meanwhile, the concierge program allows members to enjoy lifestyle-related activities such as tasting locally roasted coffee and enjoying expert guided tours of historical landmarks, among others.
