If you are a fan of Lego Speed Champions and Fast and full of energy franchise, this news might please you. It appears that Lego will be adding another licensed movie property to its Speed Champions line-up in the form of the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) from the “2 Fast 2 Furious” movies. This product was previewed by German Lego retailer JB Spielwaren.
Needless to say, the R34 Skyline is piloted by Paul Walker in the film, which means that the upcoming Lego Speed Champions product will also come with the actor’s Minifigure. As a Japanese import, the Lego version will also be present in a right-hand drive configuration, just like in the film.
The Lego Speed Champions Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 will be joined by James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 from 2018, and Dominic Toretto’s Dodge Charger. Fast and furious starting 2020 in a line of licensed film properties in Lego form.
No official details about the Lego Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 are out yet, except for the 319 Lego bricks announced by JB Spielwaren. Especially when viewed from behind, it reveals the iconic round taillights, as well as the painted rear wheel arches as seen in the film.
The Lego Speed Champions 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 will be revealed in detail on January 3, 2023.
