Most Luxurious Camping Trailer You Can Buy Gets Updates For 2022

Bowlus already makes some of the most luxurious travel trailers on the market, but the company needs to continue to improve its offerings. An expanded lineup of standard features makes the 2022 trailer even better.

The new Bowlus trailer will look a little different. On the tapered back, there will now be 15-inch-high LED taillights oriented vertically. Each contains 13 diodes, and the company says the new headlights are more visible to other drivers for increased safety.

One welcome improvement is that a directional ventilated air conditioning system that directs pure air throughout the living area is now present in all of the company’s trailers. The cabinets in the kitchen have hard pull-out drawers and soft lids.

All Bowlus products now support the Smart Brake Controller which allows for switching between vehicle-specific towing memory profiles via a Bluetooth controlled mobile app. The company’s 60 Second Hitch technology is also standard which makes the installation process to the vehicle even easier.

While the standard product from Bowlus is impressive, the company offers a “One-of-a-kind Program” and a “Personalization Program” for people looking for something unique. With a variety of seating, flooring, bedding, and other options, there are over fifty-six million combinations available.

To put the breadth of customization options into perspective, Bowlus created a unique Terra Firma travel trailer specifically for people traveling with their pets. It includes pull-out drawers with food and water plates, and there’s even a personalized dog bed. Plus, both puppies and humans enjoy amenities such as lightning UVC disinfectant, water filtration system, HEPA air filter, and heated floors.

Buying a trailer of this quality is expensive, though. The 2022 Bowlus Endless Highways Edition is $215,000. Endless Highways Performance Edition starts at $240,000. The highest-ranging Terra Firma has a base cost of $265,000.
