Ola S1 Air, the new electric scooter of the Indian company, aims at an even larger audience thanks to a price under 1000 euros.

Is called Ola S1 Air and this is the new version of the semi-homonymous Ola S1, the electric scooter of Indian origin that this time wants to aim at an even larger audience. The company’s goal is in fact to attract a larger slice of people thanks to a falling price below the psychological threshold of 1000 euros.
In fact, we must not forget that the previous Ola was sold at a cost of around 1500 euros: in this case we therefore have a decrease of over 500 euros, despite the new electric scooter maintaining all the sustainability and efficiency features of its predecessor.
Ola S1 Air: price and details of the new electric scooter that comes from India
The precise price of Ola S1 Air is 975 eurosat the current gearbox, for a perfect two-wheeled vehicle to move freely on urban streets with the awareness of exploiting a eco-sustainable vehicle and which in any case is able to give fun performances in its own way.
The 4.5 kW motor it allows in fact to reach a maximum speed of 85 kilometers per hour compared to a guaranteed range of 100 kilometers with a single charge. Since this is a vehicle designed specifically for the city, you understand well that it is a very long duration, unless you want to use it even in extra-urban conditions. In that case, however, it would perhaps be better to rely on other solutions.

Chat aside, this electric scooter is also characterized by a simple design, very linear and “clean” in its forms, enriched by the presence of software MoveOS 3.
What is it about? We are talking about a technological system that allows the driver and vehicle owner to count on the latest generation of safety protection. For unlocking the scooter is enough to use your smartphonewhich is enriched with a recognition software that works only with the user’s authorization.
And if you use the Ola proprietary charging network, you can have a battery charge that allows you to travel 15 kilometers in just 5 minutes. Of course, we are talking about a system that is currently only present in India and it is not clear whether there is any intention to expand it to other markets as well.
The launch of the Ola S1 Air electric scooter is after all only planned in 2024. We will have to wait a little longer to see it in action, but over the years this kind of solutions will be more and more widespread in order to combat climate change and promote cleaner and safer air to the population.

Not surprisingly, governments around the world are implementing policies that discourage the use of traditional thermal means in favor of low-emission cars, motorcycles and scooters.
