Agricultural machinery does not include agricultural trailers with a total mass exceeding 1.5 tons. As for agricultural machinery indicated in paragraph 2, article 57, these must only have the certificate of technical fitness for circulation. The registration of the machines is in the name of the owner of the agricultural company or of the company that carries out the mechanical workings or the rental of agricultural vehicles.
