There are four design themes available for the Cadillac Celestiq 2024 which serve as a starting point for the extensive customization options of this ultra-luxury sedan. One of them is called Magnetic and it is designed to draw attention to the Celestiq in a subtle way.
A dark, dark blue color with metal flakes is offered on the exterior of the Celestiq Magnetic, known as the Caspia. The luxury brand describes this color as “as deep and boundless as the universe itself.” The color also helps reveal the shape of the Celestiq with its bright metallic highlights, accented by Acier metal trim.
The Cadillac Celestiq Magnetic design theme continues into the interior thanks to a deep, dreamy blue with dark Santorini leather, or Backen Black leather. These colors can be paired with high gloss Haumea Carbon Fiber trim pieces, as well as Backen Black fabric. The jade stainless steel speaker adds a subtle touch of green to the vehicle interior.
Cadillac Society discovered a trademark filing for the name Magnetic a few months ago alongside three other names, which include Mist, Vale and Aurora. Each theme brings a distinct personality to the Cadillac Celestiq, although Magnetic is the darkest of them all. The Aurora is sportier and more striking than the others, while the Vale and Mist are less bright, but just as eye-catching.
As a reminder, the Cadillac Celestiq 2024 finally launched in production form earlier this month, revealing important details about the upcoming flagship sedan. It features a 111 kWh battery pack and a dual motor all-wheel-drive propulsion system, good for an approximate driving range of 300 miles on a single charge while delivering a significant 600 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque. This ultra luxury sedan is capable of sprinting from zero to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds.
This ultra-luxury electric sedan will be handcrafted in very small quantities at the GM Global Technical center, allowing for excellent attention to detail. For that, it’s no surprise that the Cadillac Celestiq 2024 will be priced at over $300,000. This ultra luxury sedan is expected to go into production in December 2023.
