This collection of spy shots shows two examples of the next-generation Mercedes-AMG C63 sedan and wagon variant. These cars are the first to see performance variants without camouflage on the A-pillars, roof and doors.
The model appears to be wearing production-specification headlights, and the camouflage wrap is the only thing hiding the final design. Like other AMG models, the vehicle sports a Panamericana grille with vertical slats, and the center of the lower fascia also has this element. There is a horizontal strake for the inlet in the corner.

They all wear mismatched sets of wheels. Up front, the design features a wide-ranged spoke with five sets of dual elements. On the back, the cut is black and has 10 spokes. Large brake discs with large calipers visible behind it.
At the rear, there are trapezoidal taillights with a diamond shape. Holes in the lower fascia create space for dual exhaust pipes on each side.
While we don’t have any interior spy shots in this gallery, evidence from other AMG models suggests that the cabin should look similar to the standard C-Class but with sporty touches like carbon fiber trim. The large digital screen gives the car a high-tech look on the inside.
Instead of a twin-turbo V8, the new C63 model will adopt a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric turbocharger and will have an electric motor driving the rear wheels. Its total output is thought to be 600 horsepower (447 kilowatts).
A powertrain switch will mean that a manual gearbox will no longer be available. Instead, all of them will get a nine-speed automatic.
We expect Mercedes to launch AMG models this year. It will debut with less powerful variants such as the C53, and the C63 will debut in the second half of 2022.
