The MotoGP championship arrives in Australia, on the Phillip Island circuit, from 14 to 16 October. The program and TV schedules on Sky Sport and TV8.

The MotoGP World Championship arrives in Australia for the 18th Grand Prix of 2022. Three years after the last edition of 2019, won by Marc Marquez, we return to Phillip Island after the stop caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Fabio Quartararo comes as leader of the championship, but this time the gap from the direct rival has narrowed to 2 points. It will be a weekend where the password is forbidden to make mistakes, because it will be a final sprint pulled to the last point, where an episode can prove decisive in decreeing the new MotoGP champion.
It will not be a challenge restricted only to Fabio Quartararo and Pecco Bagnaia, but also Aleix Espargarò, 20 points behind the French leader of Yamaha, Enea Bastianini, at 39 points, and Jack Miller at 40 points, are also in the running for the world championship throne. The big favorite seems to be the Piedmontese of the Lenovo Ducati team, in a strongly growing phase after the summer break, which allowed him to reduce the gap in the standings from 91 to 2 points. A historic enterprise that deserves to be sealed by the world scepter.
